I have been working in executive management positions for many years and have successfully led numerous transformations and organizational change initiatives with full responsibility, a holistic perspective, and measurable success. My approach combines strategic thinking with a solid foundation in engineering, business, and psychology.
My academic background includes degrees as a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (Industrial Engineer with a focus on Business Administration), Diplom-Ingenieur (Engineer), and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. In addition, I have completed various management and leadership programs at renowned institutions, including Stanford University.
Through my consulting firm, I support organizations across Europe in the areas of organizational development, cultural transformation, and strategic realignment. My work integrates analytical rigor, entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of the human side of change.
